I'm looking for a fix where Daniel becomes a vampire after being attacked by an old woman while trying to save a child. Turns out the people of the village are vampires and different levels of the change. They are also isolated from the rest of the planet and are used as a place to send criminals. Can anyone remember this story and where I might find it?
